Level 01
Ages 3 - 6 Mos
Our goal at this stage is to help you and your child feel confident and comfortable in the water and together.
Introduction to water safety rules (with parent/guardian assistance).
Familiarization with water through gentle splashing and pouring.
Building comfort in water through supported floating on back and front.
Introduction to basic kicking and arm movements with assistance.
Gradual introduction to submersion and breath control (with parent/guardian guidance).
Level 02
Ages 18 Mos - 3 Yrs
Our goal at this stage is to help you and your child feel confident and comfortable in the water and together.
Building independence in the water with minimal parental assistance.
Introduction to floating independently on back and front.
Developing basic kicking and arm movements without assistance.
Introduction to underwater exploration and retrieval of objects.
Building confidence in submerging and holding breath underwater independently.
Swim LEVELS
Level 1: Intro to Water
Ages 4 - 18 Months
Focus: Water Adjustment | Safety Skills | Breath Control
1. Introduction to water safety rules (with parent/guardian assistance).
2. Familiarization with water through gentle splashing and pouring.
3. Building comfort in water through supported floating on back and front.
4. Introduction to basic kicking and arm movements with assistance.
5. Gradual introduction to submersion and breath control (with parent/guardian guidance).
Level 2: Water Exploration
Ages 18 Mos - 3 Yrs
Focus: Creating Boundaries in and Around the Water
1. Building independence in the water with minimal parental assistance.
2. Introduction to floating independently on back and front.
3. Developing basic kicking and arm movements without assistance.
4. Introduction to underwater exploration and retrieval of objects.
5. Building confidence in submerging and holding breath underwater independently.
Level 3: Water Confidence
Ages 3 - 5 Yrs
Focus: Achieve Comfort with Basic Swim Skills
1. Refining stroke techniques including front crawl and backstroke.
2. Introduction to breaststroke and elementary backstroke.
3. Increasing endurance through longer distance swims.
4. Advanced water safety skills, including treading water and reaching assists.
Level 4: Breath Control
Advanced Beginners
Focus: Achieve Control of Breathing While Swimming
1. Mastering basic front crawl and backstroke techniques with increased comfort and coordination.
2. Building endurance through longer distance swims using a combination of strokes.
3. Developing confidence in water safety skills such as treading water and floating independently.
Level 5: Independence
Intermediate
Focus: Master Breath Control | Efficient Strokes | Independence in the water
1. Practicing rhythmic breathing techniques in front crawl and backstroke to improve stroke efficiency.
2. Refining breath control during strokes, emphasizing proper timing and coordination.
3. Introducing bilateral breathing to enhance balance and stroke symmetry.
Introduing more advanced skills like breast stroke and butterfly.
4. Promoting confidence and independence in deep water through supervised activities and games while reinforcing water safety principles.
